I am looking for schools offering Special Education courses here in the Phils. Can you suggest some?

I am graduating this year with a degree in Education, but i want to teach special children. So, which school should i enroll in to have specialization or background in Special Education? Does it cost more than any other courses? How long will it take? Thank you very much for your responses.
